Parliament voted to curb CO2 emissions, facilitate the seizure of criminal assets and ensure European content on online video-on-demand. MEPs canceled funds to Turkey based on the country’s poor democracy performance. They also set up priorities for the upcoming heads of state summit in Brussels.
