Design portfolios are SO important to getting hired, and getting clients as a designer. I love giving advice to designers for improving their portfolios to help them go after their goals. If you’d like for yours to be reviewed in the next episode, submit it following the instructions here!

In this episode you’ll note I talked a lot about customisation and showing personality through your portfolio. That’s really hard to do when you’re just using a template, and that’s why I’m so happy that Webflow exists! It’s for sure making the process of creating my own personal portfolio better as I’m able to confidently bring my ideas to life without having to code them. If you’ve been wanting a custom portfolio but your coding skills have been holding you back, I highly recommend you give Webflow a try!

My videos no longer have pre-roll ads because I think ads are annoying. That means you don’t have to sit through ads, and it also means I don’t earn anything from the content I put on YouTube. If you want to support me and my channel the best thing you can do is join my Patreon!

You’ll get tons of extra content and ways to learn, like behind-the-scenes process info, downloadable assets or even a monthly group Google Hangout! Choose your tier and sign up here:
