In this video I’m share the 8 thinks I consider when I feel terrible. It could be that I am hungry or thirsty, it could even be my medication. Sometimes I can go for a long time without seeing or talking to real people. So when I feel like this, I call up a friend or get outside. When I feel bad I find that meditation, mindfulness practice or yoga helps me. I can even feel so much better after something so simple as having a shower.
After suffering my spinal cord injury i have really had to adapt in life. So Im sowing you my disability lifestyle to raise disability awareness. as a disabled woman and a woman in a wheelchair who is paralysed, I thought it would be interesting for you to see, and hopefully give you some inspiration and motivation so that you can live more independently. wether you are paraplegic or quadriplegic i hope that i can help you.
